The main reason behind it is that people who own houses are insecure about the types of people who are going to live in their house. Many people act very careful but it is only in case of money. They are scared that people who are living in rent will run away without paying rent. But they do not actually care much about the people and their character as long as they get money.
A new short movie has been uploaded YouTube which shows what kinds of people might come to live in your house and what might happen. In the short awareness movie, 2 men call a girl and say that they are looking for a flat. The girl calls them home so that they can look around. The guys come but she is alone so she tries to show them around. The girl is dresses in very revealing clothes and has just taken a shower.
The two men say that they want a flat to make movies. The girl gets excited and starts to get close to them. But the excitement soon disappears as one of the man walks out and the other starts to get very close to her. He says that he will make her an actress and starts to molest her. He shouts and tries to get him away but the man over powers her and r@pes her. Then the other man also does the same thing and they go away laughing as the girl cries on her bed.
