We all have our own habits and interested. And our habit won’t change easily with the saying of others.This is one of the property of being human that no one can take over to their freedom. But there is a certain rule and methods to live a healthy life. To apply that law is all based on the wish and desire of person themselves.
Bath is a habit or compulsion that we must have it to stay neat and neat for physical appearance. But the things comes about a right time! Which time is right to take bath morning or evening?
To take bath either in morning or in evening, it is a matter of personal interest.However, Havard University Psychologist Shelley Carson says,” Bath in the morning have it’s own pros and cons, similarly a shower in the evening got both advantages and the disadvantages that will be experienced by a person. “
Morning Glory
Dr. Shelley says, ” shower will relax our mind, but don’t take away from conscious”. Thus, if you’re going to have a creative work or job interview ,then the morning shower is best.
According to Dr. Shelley, during the bath time our mind and thoughts reaches to Beta Brain State ie the thoughts and stress goes to unconscious mind, where the mind automatically begins to analyze the situation. At the same time, our brains Alpha State works in the body to relax the tension and fatigue and heals the decay of the body cells. This gives reliefs to mind so that mind can easily handle all the stress of whole day. Shelley says,”This is the reason why it feel fresh for whole day after having a shower in the morning”.
Sweet Night Sleep
However, if you ca not sleep early ans can or close your soon evening,then night shower is best. It is caused by the body heat. Shower with lukewarm water slightly increases the body temperature and after bath it will decrease the body temperature. Dr. Shelley says,” This sudden decrease in the body temperature causes the decrements in ‘Cortisol Hormone’ (Hormone that keep body wake up) and helps to find sleep easily.
However, Dr. Shelley suggests that the night shower in h$$ot summer season may create disturbance in blood pressure. She adds that this is all because of the night bath will give sudden change in body temperature with water. Our body gets high temperature in ho**t summer season, which don’t easily changes. And the cold water in this heated body reacts imbalance.The actual body temperature becomes too low, which may causes fatigue, headaches, feel extreme heat in the day time, and the problems like dehydration.
So,if you have a habit of taking shower at night in the summer bathing season also,then drink 2 glass of cold water or juicy fruits so that they will control the body temperature.
